Registration fees will include admission to all scientific sessions as well as admission and refreshments (including limited beverages) at the following special events:
- Thursday, 20 May - evening social (includes cash bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres)
- Friday, 21 May - evening poster session (includes cash bar and light hors d'oeuvres)
- Sunday, 23 May - continental breakfast during room checkout
Early registration coincides with the deadline for submission of abstracts by 27 March 2010. All presenting authors must register by 24 April 2010 to have their presentation included in the final scientific program.
Presenting authors should now all have registered. Any presenting author who has not yet registered should contact the Local Chair immediately to make arrangements (Mark Deutschlander, firstname.lastname@example.org).
Guest Registration: You may also register guests or spouses for the conference. Guest/spouse registration ($90) includes admission to the social events on Thursday and Friday evening and the morning and afternoon coffee breaks. (No guest registration is needed for children 12 or under.) You may also purchase a banquet ticket for guests and/or a meal plan. (Food must be purchased for guests of any age, except infants.)
Banquet & Awards Ceremony
The Closing Reception and WOS Awards Banquet (Saturday evening, 22 May) will be an additional, optional cost ($45 for regular registrants, $35 for students). Student registrants who will be the first and presenting author for a talk or poster are eligible for a free banquet ticket, compliments of WOS; students who wish to accept this benefit should indicate this on their registration form.
The Banquet will include hot appetizers, salad and bread, an entrée (either a meat combo plate including fish and chicken or a vegetarian plate), and dessert. The vegetarian option must be selected on your registration form.
A Meal Plan will be available for $45 through Hobart and William Smith Colleges (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday, 21 May; breakfast and lunch on Saturday, 22 May). Registrants can select and pay for the meal plan when completing the registration forms.
Registrants will also be able buy meals in the College facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis using cash or a credit card.
Lodging in campus dormitories will be available in either single rooms (at a rate of $35 per night) or in double-occupancy rooms (at a rate of $30 per person per night), from Wednesday, 20 May, through Saturday, 22 May. Attendees wishing to share a room with another particular regsitrant should indicate their plans on the registration form.
How to Register and Pay
Individuals (including Guests/Spouses) still wishing to register (prior to 6 May) should complete and mail the registration form, along with payment (by check or money order, payable to HWS Conferences and Events) mailed with the registration form.

Individuals wishing to register after 6 May should plan on paying on-site in Geneva; please still complete and mail the registration form, so that the conference staff can have an invoice ready for you upon arrival. The College cannot accept credit cards for payment; please plan on paying by check.
