Conference costs for exhibitors & vendors
We are offering exhibitors and vendors the opportunity to participate in the meeting for only a very nominal extra charge ($50) additional to the standard registration fees. The extra charge will cover the cost of table rental and setup; registered exhibitors and vendors will be welcome to participate in all other components of the conference (scinetific sessions, coffee breaks, etc.).
How to register
Vendors are asked to register for the meeting using the general registration form, to be submitted by regular postal mail. Please indicate on the registration form that you are a vendor and include the $50 vendor display fee with your registration payment (online or by check).
In addition, we ask that you please also complete and return by mail the vendor information form (PDF file) with your registration details and exhibit requirements.
Additional information about the floor plan for the vendor display area, set up and tear down times, and vendor area access logistics will be available in April.
